What is ACEDS India?

ACEDS India is India's first neutron excellence centre, building advanced elemental detection systems for industrial and security applications. Our flagship TATVA® Analyzer delivers real-time material composition data — no lab, no delay.

What is the TATVA® Analyzer & how does it work?

TATVA® is an on-belt elemental analyser that uses neutron technology (PGNAA) to continuously measure material composition on a conveyor belt. Results are delivered every 30–60 seconds directly to your plant control system.

Can we integrate Probe with our existing tools?

TATVA® serves cement, coal, iron ore, limestone, bauxite, and mineral processing industries. Any bulk material on a conveyor belt requiring elemental monitoring can be analysed in real time.

How accurate is it vs lab analysis?

It achieves ±0.1% elemental accuracy — on par with laboratory XRF — but delivered continuously without sampling or lab turnaround. Full belt cross-section analysis makes results far more representative than grab samples.

Is it safe for plant environments?

Yes. The sealed electronic neutron generator produces radiation only when powered on, keeping exposure well within AERB-approved safety limits. Full radiological documentation, compliance support, and safety training are included with every installation.

How is ACEDS different from global manufacturers?

We are the only company designing and manufacturing PGNAA technology entirely in India, offering lower cost, faster support, and local customisation. Customers also benefit from Make in India procurement preferences and applicable government subsidies.

How long does installation take?

nstallation takes 3–7 working days, covering mounting, calibration, SCADA integration, and operator training. All units are supported by remote health monitoring, on-call assistance, and annual recalibration.
