Our Story

ACEDS Pvt Ltd is introducing a new cutting-edge technology of neutron activation analysis for real time analysis of material. ACEDS stands for Automatic Chemical Element Detection Systems. We are company based in Gurgaon, India.

The most effective way to implement this is through real time elemental analysis of the materials used in the manufacturing process. This allows companies to make sure that they have the right materials and the right amounts at each step of their production process. PGNAA Technology

Based on Prompt Gamma Neutron Activation technology, ACEDS has developed analysers that can determine the elemental composition of materials (coal, cement, mineral ores, metals etc) in real time with accuracy and reliability. The analyser has been designed in close consultation with engineers, nuclear scientists and technicians and can be configured to meet specific customer requirements along with continuous support for achieving the best operational results.

The technology is based on the principle that all elements have an atomic number (Z), which determines their chemical properties. Neutron activation analysis involves the irradiation of a sample with neutrons, followed by measurement of the gamma rays emitted from each atom in the sample. The intensity of these gamma rays depends on their energy and thus provides information about each element present in the sample.
